Located very close to the Unazukionsen railway station, this rural hotel offers excellent Japanese delicacies for both dinner and breakfast. the large and beautiful onsen facilities were well maintained and had ample supplies of toiletries. the rooms were comfortable, spacious, and well-kept, with nice touches like manga collections and beautiful yukata for rent.

The hotel's entertainment offerings, such as karaoke or table tennis, might be limited, but the beautiful surroundings make up for it.

We loved it, especially its staff and views. Room had an electric kettle and a refrigerator. Freshly cooked cuisine. Lots of restaurants to eat close by, like Sumibi Yakiniku Shichirin that was only 10 minutes' walk away. We recommend this hotel to anyone.

    Very good
    7.2

The hotel had a great location, with many attractions and amenities nearby. The buffet meals were delicious and varied, offering a mix of Japanese and Western cuisine. The onsen was also very relaxing and a great way to unwind at the end of the day. the hotel offered a free rental service for comfortable yukatas which added a nice touch to the overall experience.

The smoking policy of the hotel needs to be improved. The smell of smoke was quite strong throughout our stay which made the room uncomfortable.

    Very good
    7.4

The hotel was located very close to the train station, which made it easy to find. the staff was friendly and accommodating, and the onsen was amazing! It was so relaxing to soak in the hot water and enjoy the beautiful view of the surrounding area. the room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and great amenities. Plus, the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious options to choose from.

There were some bugs in the room. Although they were harmless, it was a little unsettling to see them crawling around.

I couldn't believe how amazing the facilities were at Yukai Resort. The room was much nicer and bigger than expected, and I was pleasantly surprised to have my own bathroom. The staff spoke good English and were very friendly, making me feel welcome. The buffet dinner was delicious, offering a wide selection of fresh and tasty food. And the onsen with its outdoor view was simply breathtaking. I highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic stay.
